Our "Margariton" is the most unique bit you may have ever seen. It is a very old world Mexican style "hacendado" (hacienda owner) bit. Margariton bits are circular shanks with with either a floral or decorate center of the circular shank. There can be many styles and patterns to a margariton bit. They are very ornate, yet very usable and found hanging from many bridals in Mexico, mostly though from the hacendado's horse because the details increase the cost!
This Margariton is of oxidized (black) etched stainless steel with a half breed style mouthpiece and copper roller, and with several copper inlaids along the mouthpiece. This is an everyday riding bit or a showcase bit. This is solid balanced bit with lots of body and does not need heavy pulling to make it engage. It's very unique!
