This bit has the centuries old craftsmanship of inlaid silver work. Meaning all the silver you see was chiseled into the steel and then filled with melted jewelers silver (not German Silver), there's a difference. The detailed artwork on the flowers is amazing! The mouthpiece is a modified "half breed" style with added tongue relief to it. Definitely a complete bridle horse bit coming in with a taller port at 3", a smaller sized roller, and lots of copper inlay on the entire mouthpiece. Cheeks are 8" long and mouthpiece is 5.25".
Disclaimer on this particular bit there is a small accidental cut in the lower left hand O ring (it does not impeded the bit) and slight bend on the port. This is completely a hand made product and unfortunately human error occurs on occasion.
